Russia to Help With ISIS?

Russia has agreed to share information on the Islamic State with countries in the Mid East. The move shocked the American government, as they had no prior knowledge that the deal was going on. It is expected that Putin will explain the move at the next U.N. meeting, but it is believed that their strategy will put Russia in a position to influence the next president of Syria. This new development has caused a strain on the U.S. government and their involvement with ISIS.
