The couple that killed 14 people in California last week had been radicals for quite some time according to the FBI. This comes as a slight contradiction to earlier theories that the woman, Ms. Malik, had influenced her husband in to violence. New evidence has shown this theory to be inaccurate, as the couple had both been practicing shooting at a shooting range. The authorities also do not believe that the couple had any influence from beyond American borders; they had planned and executed the attack entirely by themselves.
