New York Times Reports on Undocumented Children in U.S.

These children lack the means to win court cases, as the right to an attorney does not apply to non-U.S. citizens. The situation for those in New York City is slightly better than other cities in the U.S. thanks to a coalition formed to provide the immigrants with legal support, but the situation is remains far from ideal.
