Who won the GOP Debate

Wednesday night, CNBC hosted the third Republican debate. CNN reports that Rubio was considered a winner, as he is easily outperforming Jeb Bush, both on stage and in the polls. They also declared Ted Cruz a winner for his fiery speech that railed the moderators for asking questions without substance. The other declared winners were Kasich, Trump, and Christie. The losers, CNN reports, were Bush and CNBC.
